5-Year Warranty Coverage
At Soft Snooze Beds, we are committed to providing high-quality products. All our beds and mattresses come with a 5-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any issues arising from faulty materials or workmanship. If a defect is found within this period, we will offer free repair or replacement services.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the warranty does not apply in the following situations:
The product has been soiled or stained.
Damage occurred accidentally after delivery.
Damage resulting from improper use, such as jumping on the bed.
Commercial use or misuse of the product.
The mattress has been bent or folded in a way that causes damage to the spring sets.
Additional Information
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claims.
If repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer an alternative product. If the alternative product is more expensive than the original, the customer will need to pay the difference.
We will make reasonable efforts to match fabrics and colors when repairing or replacing items; however, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
The warranty applies only to our standard delivery areas within the mainland UK.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
