Mattress Removal Service
If you have an old mattress you would like to dispose of, our courier partner can collect it when delivering your new order for a small fee. The old mattress will then be sent for recycling.
To ensure the service, the old mattress must be packaged, dismantled, and placed on the ground floor, ready for the driver to take away.
This service is available only if there is sufficient space in the driver’s vehicle. If the collection cannot be completed, the removal fee will be refunded.
The driver reserves the right to refuse collection if the mattress is deemed dirty, soiled, or dangerous. In this case, the removal fee will also be refunded.
We recommend not leaving the old mattress outside, as it could get damaged, and you may still need it in case the driver is unable to reach you on the scheduled day due to unforeseen circumstances.
