How long will it take to be delivered?

Your bed will be delivered within 5–10 working days, but it can be sooner.​

Can I delay my delivery?

Yes, this is common for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don't want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and select "delay delivery" in the checkout. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date.​

Can I buy the bed on its own without a mattress?

Yes. The bed will be without a mattress unless you select one of our handpicked best sellers as a bundle to get an even bigger saving.​

Is everything provided to assemble the bed?

Yes. We provide you with everything you need to assemble the bed. The only tool you need is a screwdriver.

How easy is it to assemble?

Very easy! We know you don't want to spend all day fiddling around with tools, so we provide everything you need to put your bed together in five minutes or less.​

Does it come with a headboard?

Yes! You get a free headboard with your bed in the same stunning design as the one pictured in the image.

Which side will the drawers be on?

You can select the side of the drawers from the product selection.​

Do your products conform to UK fire safety regulations?

Yes. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we ensure all our products conform to UK fire and safety regulations.​

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the bed we will send out to you will be exactly the same as the picture shown on our website. Of course, it will be the colour which you choose.​

What is the difference between a slatted base ottoman and a solid base ottoman?

We offer two types of Ottoman bases – slatted and solid. The slatted Ottoman base comes flat-packed and takes longer to assemble, but it provides a sturdy base for your mattress. It is constructed with a series of wooden slats that are securely attached to the base, creating a durable and supportive platform for your mattress.​

On the other hand, our solid base Ottoman comes pre-built in two parts and is recommended for properties with spacious staircases, as it can be difficult to manoeuvre into a room due to its size. It has two compartments that are designed to hold your belongings, providing ample storage space. This type of Ottoman base is constructed with a solid wooden base that provides a more robust and durable support for your mattress.

In summary, the main difference between a slatted and solid Ottoman base is the construction and ease of assembly.​​

Yes, we provide fitting services at an additional cost. For a standard bed, the fee is £70.
