First, our dedicated team of professionals carefully reviews your order, cross-checking each item to ensure accuracy. They then navigate our inventory with precision, selecting only the finest quality products to fulfill your request.

What if I decide my mattress isn’t right for me?

If your mattress doesn’t feel quite right, you’re covered by our 60-Night Comfort Guarantee. Between nights 30 and 60, if you’re not satisfied with the comfort level, we’ll arrange a one-time exchange for another mattress that better suits your needs. Please note: some settling of the mattress is completely normal and part of the adaptation process.

Do beds and accessories come with a Comfort Trial?

Currently, our Comfort Trial applies only to mattresses. Beds, headboards, and other accessories are not included under this program.

Do I have to pay for the Comfort Trial?

No – our Comfort Trial is completely free and part of our commitment to your satisfaction.

How do I arrange an exchange?

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team at info@comfyslzzp.co.uk with your order details and the product you’d like to switch to. We’ll help guide you through the process and arrange collection and delivery as needed.

Can I get a refund on the Comfort Trial?

No – we only offer an exchange under the 60-Night Comfort Guarantee. If you wish to return the product for a refund, our standard return policy applies, and the item must be sent back in line with our return terms.

What happens on the day of the exchange?

You’ll need to return the mattress to our designated address. Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we’ll proceed with the exchange.

Do I need to keep the original packaging?

No – but we ask that the mattress is kept clean and rewrapped in protective packaging (we can send a mattress bag before collection) to ensure it arrives back in acceptable condition.
